My health story
Health has forever been a goal of mine.
Exercise has been ok cause I love being active plus I'm a dancer and required to move on a daily basis.
I’ve always struggled with the 80% diet part and forever looked for ways to cut corners nutritionally. I literally had the definition of a ‘balanced’ diet, I ate as much fruit and veg as sweet treats . Really loved my sugar and carbs and found every reason for a sweet treat, if I’m happy or sad it was always the answer.
I’ve been really intrigued with changing and monitoring what I put in my body especially as my skin has been suffering for years and medications weren't working as well as my weight constantly fluctuating.
But I didn’t want to jump on any hype and needed something MAINTAINABLE, MANAGEABLE and NOT LIMITING.
I saw my good friend had changed her nutrition and was loving it and looked really good. I was tired of hitting the same wall with my health so in 2019 I made a decision to be super intentional with my health and switched up my nutrition and I haven't looked back and have experienced

I’m really enjoying my journey and taking time to focus and really take care of me. I share as I want to encourage you and help prioritise your health whether you have weight goals, gut health problems, skincare or just want a less time consuming maintainable healthy eating lifestyle.
